Your MATARI order will be packed by hand, with love, and shipped within 3-5 days, however, will do our best to get your jewels to you as soon as we can!

We offer tracked options on these valuable orders so we can keep eyes on your items at all times. (Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived after 5 days).

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

NOTE that shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and duties which vary depending on your location. Please ensure that you check your individual country's customs and import taxes information so that you do not receive any unexpected charges. We are responsible for the shipment from the UK to your destination, but are not responsible for any charges applied when received.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Clearance and customs procedures can sometimes delay delivery beyond the estimated time we provide above. It is very difficult for us to speed up the process at this stage as it is determined by the customs department in the importing country.

REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your jewellery and we will do what we can to ensure that. We will offer free repairs for items up to 6 months after purchase and offer refunds up to 14 days after delivery. Due to the time-consuming nature of handmade items, as well as hygiene issues regarding earrings, we cannot accept returns or refunds for items after 14 days that are not faulty or within their original packaging. Please note that outside of these windows all sales are final.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, firstly we apologise! Please email us as soon as possible at info@matarijewellery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a solution. In the event of a repair or a return within 14 days of purchase, we will send you a returns label free of charge to your email address and give instructions on where to drop your parcel off.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item.
